Michigan Eviction Diversion Program This programs assists tenants who fell behind on their rent during COVID 19. Tenants must have received a notice to quit or court order after March 1, 2020. Household income may not be over $50,699. Michigan identification and a lease agreement are also required. The program benefits landlords by paying all but 7 to 10% of the rent owed.
